Poem: Be Your Authentic You

Poem: Be Your Authentic You

Are you satisfied with your life?

If not, why not?

Do you wear a mask

to hide your feelings?

Can you peel it back for a moment?

Look into the mirror.

How authentic are you?

Do you tilt your head in shame?

Do your insides cry for release?

Lift your head up.

Take note of your desires.

For once, consider yourself.

Your desires may be in your reach.

Grasp onto the thought.

You must act on fruition.

And be your authentic you.
